Many bloggers sometimes struggle with content creation, social media, Pinterest, etc. Today I’m going to share or rather point out 30 blogging mistakes that you should avoid as a blogger at all costs in a more simplified and understandable way.
If you have made these mistakes that will be listed before, you have no cause to worry am sure every pro blogger has made mistakes (actually, I’m 100% sure of it). You’ll need to develop your skills therefore it’s never too late to learn and to take your blog to a new direction and level.
Blogging mistakes and how to avoid them;
1. CREATION OF CONTENTS IN YOUR INTERESTS ONLY
Many bloggers make this mistake without knowing especially amateurs creates content that interests them only, in that case, you should;
Try to figure out who your target audience is and write for them
Try asking yourself this question: “who am I writing for?” and create content that interests them instead.
2. CREATION OF CONTENTS THAT DOESN’T PROVIDE ANY VALUE TO YOUR AUDIENCE
As a blogger you must try to provide contents that will serve value to your audience, which means you will have to “Brainstorm content ideas while focusing on creating content that will educate, inform, inspire, or entertain your audience”.
3. INCONSISTENCY IN CONTENTS SHARING
Many bloggers fail to share content consistently and that is a huge mistake, instead, create your blog posts in bulk when inspiration kicks in so as to have enough contents to share.
Try creating 1 to 2 quality posts every week. Although one good blog post is far better than five poor blog posts, it is still important that you write and share consistently. You don’t have to post every day, but you should try to post at least one post every week.
4. IRRELEVANT CONTENT CREATION
Some amateur bloggers sometimes post irrelevant content on their blog which is a big mistake, in cases like this bloggers should instead research their ideas on sites like; Pinterest, Google, and Quora to figure out if they are relevant.
Try asking yourself, “Are people actually searching these topics (keywords)”?
5. INSUFFICIENT CONTENT IDEAS TO WORK WITH
Some bloggers don’t have sufficient ideas to create content on their blogs because some of them don’t map out how their blog activities are done but in this situation, they should instead create a simplified spreadsheet with the main/top topics of their blog (e.g., fitness, blogging, personal growth)
In other words, browsing through Pinterest, researching your topic, and looking up keywords can boost your post ideas and give you sufficient content ideas to work with.
Hence while researching post ideas or keywords you have to get them listed, then come up with 5-15 blog post titles substitute for it! This will help you come up with perfect blog post titles, and it will also help you come up with more blog post ideas.
Note: Typically, different blog post titles lead to more ideas.

This is one of the ruling mistakes some bloggers make but instead of making this mistake schedule your blog posts ahead of time (maybe a month in advance) so that you won’t fail your followers and also will be able to keep to your posting schedule.
It is advisable to post one post every week than ten posts a month and then completely abandon your blog for the next few months.
Note: Consistency goes a long way. Most people prefer following/reading blogs that consistently post.

The use of a planner or planning page can help you plan your content effectively and strategically, and also make you show up as a pro blogger, and complete all your blogging tasks on time.

Some amateur bloggers had no idea what SEO is. And even if they learn what it is, they may think it is so boring and they won’t invest their time and money into learning about it.
